Dave was recommended by a neighbor in my community after I discovered that my water heater was leaking. Despite the fact that I live in Naples, Dave kept in touch and delivered a new water heater to my unit as soon as he was able. He and his partner Mark were so friendly and professional and got my new water heater installed quickly and efficiently. I was so relieved to know that because of their quick response to my needs that a worse leak to my old unit would not cause a disaster for me and my neighbor below me. They are professional and friendly and their quick response to my needs are greatly appreciated. I will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

What could be worse than a water leak on New Year’s Eve? No worries, if you call Steel Plumbing. They had a technician on site in no time, diagnosed the problem, and made temporary repairs until they could get the necessary parts for the permanent solution. The next afternoon, on New Year’s Day, they completed the job leaving the plumbing better than new and the job site spic and span. That’s old fashioned quality service that is hard to come by these days. Thank you, Steel Plumbing, for turning our holiday disaster into a happy memory.

We have been using Steel plumbing for quite some time. My family and I have nothing but great things to say about David and his team. As a condo owner in Florida but reside in Massachusetts it’s difficult to get service people when you are not there! I am so pleased with David’s work! He kept us informed and send us pictures! When speaking to him on the phone he explained the situation and was very informative ! I would highly recommend him!

I have used them a few times for various issues. They have always been very responsive when I call, and able to schedule the repairs quickly. The repairs have been completed exactly as requested for a fair price. A much better experience than I've had with a couple of the big local companies.

Steel plumbing was great to work with, very professional, helpful and worked around our schedule. New hybrid hotwater tank and Halo filtration system installed by David & his crew. Explained the systems to us and if we had any questions to please give them a call. Dave Steel responded to my phone call on a Sunday when my hot water heater broke on our first day back at Maple Leaf CC. On Monday he replaced the hot water tank!! It was a bit difficult due to the size of the new tank but he knew exactly what needed to be done! I highly recommend him for skill and professionalism and a decent price. Will use him again if I have plumbing issues!

Had a plumbing problem early morning and David responded and gave me a time when he could be out. Valve was fixed, and water turned back on for the house. David did a great job.

Of course our Hot Water Heater broke on Christmas Eve. A friend quickly referred me to David Steele who stopped what he was doing with his family to literally bail us out. This guy is a gem. A real professional who had us up and running with a new unit in a few hours and was a real gentleman to both my wife and me. I would strongly recommend David for any of your plumbing needs.

What an amazing company! I called just to see if they could come out and give us a quote for an outside leak. Dave said to text him my information and address and that he would be by in the afternoon to take a look. It wasn’t too long before I received a text “I’m on my way”. When he arrived he was equipped to handle the issue right then and there. He fixed the problem and did an amazing job! His rate for labor and material was very fair and no extra “Emergency Charges” were added to his bill. We are very pleased with his work and price. We highly recommend him and his company and are very happy to have a plumber that we can trust!

Steel Plumbing came out the same morning I called them.They were very quick and efficient. Price was fair. This was the second time I’ve used them in the past couple of months, both times I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend them to anybody.

Had a faulty garbage disposal causing dishwasher to backup. Mark from Steel Plumbing responded within few hours of my call. I was given options and chose to have disposal removed. All work was done neatly and efficiently. I found the cost was very reasonable. I am so grateful for their timeliness.

Great company to work with! My dad had an issue with a broken pipe on a Sunday and this company made the time to come out and fix the issue quickly. On time, addresses the issue and always addresses the issue in a quick manner. Highly recommend.

Had a water shutoff under the bathroom sink break when I was replacing a faucet on the sink. Water shooting out from the front of the valve (never seen that one before). Shut the water off and called Steel Plumbing at 1:00pm. David answered the phone and was at my house in less than 4 hours to replace the valve for what I feel was a very reasonable price especially since it was an emergency call. While he was here he also corrected the drain in our second bathroom. I will certainly be using him for all my future plumbing needs.

After two plumbers were unable to solve a problem with our water temperature, we called Dave at the recommendation of a friend. We were scheduled very quickly and Mark showed up on time and diagnosed the issue. A replacement tankless water heater was installed the same day! Mark also drilled out a stripped screw in our bathroom faucet handle. We are pleased with the work and price and will call Steel Plumbing for future needs..

I can’t say enough good things about Dave. I had a plumbing emergency issue at my house in Port Charlotte where water was pouring out from a pipe. Dave responded promptly and was extremely professional. He could have easily overcharged or made the issue seem bigger than it was, but instead he was completely honest, quickly identified the real problem, and fixed exactly what was needed—nothing more. Dave Steel of Steel Plumbing is the most stand up plumber I ever met (other than my deceased father in law). We woke up this morning to a busted washing machine plumbing fixture with water on the floor everywhere. Not only did Dave answer his phone, he offered immediate helpful advice. We had previously worked with Dave at my daughter’s home at a friend’s referral. Dave is knowledgeable, responsive and overall excellent at what he does. A heartfelt “thank you”, Dave!

Joshua and Mark did an outstanding beautiful job. They were both nice, professional and clean. With concerns of our water smelling bad they explained by adding a water treatment it would be much better. We had them install the hot water heater, water treatment and a water treatment for under the kitchen sink. (To be installed next week). I would strongly recommend them.
